For Schools / Student Curriculum

What students learn shapes what students do.

The R4 student curriculum is designed for the world students actually live in — group chats, screenshots, AI tools, and social dynamics that most programmes haven’t caught up to. Two workbooks. Two age groups. One integrated system.

18 hours across 8 modules. Up to 25 staff per cohort. Participants receive the Certified R4 Practitioner designation.

  1. Bullying — Classic Foundations & Digital Evolution
2 hours · Olweus, KiVa, restorative justice — then how digital environments extend and complicate each
  2. RECOGNISE — Early Detection & Pattern Literacy
3 hours · Behaviour map, platform awareness, severity ladder, reporting architecture
  3. RESPOND — Rapid Intervention & Safeguarding
3 hours · 24-hour protocol, evidence handling, role-based response, consequences
  4. RESTORE — Trauma-Informed Resolution
3 hours · Target support, behaviour change, bystander reintegration, restorative practice
  5. REDUCE RISK — Designing Safer Environments
3 hours · Hotspot management, digital citizenship, bystander norms, parent partnership
  6. Digital Reality & AI Safeguarding

  7. Parent Partnership & Community Alignment
