Implementation Packages
From policy document to operating system.
Most schools have a bullying policy. Very few have a system that staff actually follow, students actually trust, and inspectors can actually verify. R4 is the system.
Three packages. One standard. Every implementation delivers the same structured framework — the scope matches your starting point and your ambition.
PACKAGE OVERVIEW
Foundation
Entry system · Pilot
For schools that need structured response infrastructure — now. The Foundation package establishes a shared definition, documented response protocols, escalation pathways, parent communication standards, and post-incident recovery processes.
This is a 10-week implementation designed as a revenue-positive pilot that can convert to a full system rollout.
What’s included:
- Shared definitions: conflict vs bullying, including digital and AI-assisted forms
- Response workflows: step-by-step protocols for the first 24 hours
- Escalation clarity: when to act, when to escalate, who to notify
- Parent communication protocols with scripted templates
- RESTORE pathways: structured post-incident recovery for targets and aggressors
- Artefact pack: response cards, templates, checklists, quick-reference guides
- Facilitator-led implementation across 10 weeks
- End-of-pilot performance summary with recommendations
Best for: Schools piloting the framework. Schools in crisis needing immediate structure. Schools seeking inspectorate readiness before a full commitment.
Full System Rollout
Flagship — recommended starting point
The complete R4 implementation. Over 12 months, your school receives policy alignment and customisation, the full 18-hour staff certification programme (8 modules, up to 25 staff), student curriculum implementation across all three stages (Early Years, Primary, and Secondary — 32 sessions total), the three-tier parent partnership programme, digital workbook licensing, a governance dashboard with data tracking, an annual platform and AI update session, priority support and consultation, and quarterly check-ins throughout Year 1.
By the end of implementation: trained staff with a shared language. Students who understand their role in a safer school culture. Parents who are informed partners rather than reactive adversaries. A board that receives structured safeguarding data. And an evidence file that’s ready before the inspector walks in.
12-month implementation timeline:
- Months 1–3: Foundation Diagnostic audit, policy alignment, leadership alignment session, staff training Modules 1–2, reporting channels live.
- Months 4–6: Build Staff Modules 3–6, student curriculum rollout, parent workshops (Tiers 1–2), governance dashboard operational.
- Months 7–9: Embed Staff Modules 7–8 + certification assessment, peer ambassadors, Tier 3 parent workshop, trend analysis.
- Months 10–12: Optimise Full evaluation, governor reporting, inspection evidence file complete, Year 2 planning.
Multi-School / Group
For school groups · Education authorities · Multi-campus operators
For organisations operating multiple schools, the Group package delivers R4 at scale. It includes group-wide framework adaptation, a trainer certification programme that creates internal delivery capacity, a central reporting and data dashboard, custom branding and co-marketing rights, dedicated account management, strategic planning support, and unlimited rollouts within the group.
Group implementations are individually scoped. The investment reflects the number of schools, phasing strategy, and level of customisation required. We work with your leadership team to design a rollout that respects operational realities while maintaining the standard.
INVESTMENT APPROACH
How pricing works
We don’t publish fixed prices because every school’s context is different. School size, existing systems, inspection body, phasing requirements, and whether you’re a single campus or multi-school operator all affect scope.
What we can tell you: R4 is positioned as infrastructure, not a discretionary programme. It sits within safeguarding budgets — the budget-protected category that doesn’t get cut when discretionary spending tightens. Foundation pilots are credited toward the full system if you proceed.
A 30-minute consultation gives you a clear understanding of scope and investment for your specific context. No obligation, no pressure.
What happens after you book
- Discovery call (30 minutes) — We learn about your school, your current systems, your inspection body, and where you think the gaps are.
- Recommendation — We suggest the right starting point. For some schools that’s a Foundation pilot. For others it’s a Full System Rollout. We’ll tell you honestly which makes sense.
- Proposal — A clear scope, timeline, and investment for your specific context. No surprises.
- Implementation begins — Your dedicated implementation lead starts the diagnostic audit within two weeks of agreement.
