Inspection Readiness Pack

Maps your R4 evidence to your inspection body’s expectations. Includes a walkthrough of the evidence file, governance reporting review, staff preparation for inspector conversations, and a mock inspection Q&A session.

Crisis Response Retainer
On-call advisory for urgent situations. When an incident escalates beyond your internal protocol — media enquiry, regulatory complaint, multi-family escalation, or a safeguarding situation requiring expert guidance — you have structured support within hours, not days.
The retainer ensures access to experienced advisory when the stakes are highest. Includes a defined response SLA, direct phone access during school hours, and structured incident debrief after resolution.
