Is the initial consultation free?
Yes. The first 30-minute consultation is complimentary and carries no obligation. It is an opportunity for both sides to assess whether there is a good fit.
Do you work with schools outside the UAE?
Yes. We work with international schools across the GCC, UK, Europe, and North America. Implementation can be delivered on-site, remotely, or in a hybrid format depending on your needs and location.
Can I book just a workshop without the full framework?
Yes. Standalone workshops are available for students, parents, and staff. Many schools begin with a single workshop or CPD session before exploring a broader implementation.
I am a parent, not a school. Can you still help?
Absolutely. While our primary work is with schools, we welcome conversations with parents. We can help you understand what structured prevention looks like, share resources, and discuss how to advocate for better systems at your child's school.
What if my school already has an anti-bullying programme?
Most schools do. R4 is designed to strengthen what already exists, not replace it. The initial consultation assesses your current systems and identifies where structured protocols, digital safeguarding, and consistent response architecture would add the most value.
